What are the best temperatures for Mason Bees?Updated 2 months ago

Mason bees spend most of the winter months in cocoons and hatch just before early spring. They wait until temperatures warm up to about 57 degrees Fahrenheit before emerging. Mason bees need this early start so they have enough time to construct new nests and prepare for the following winter, as they typically only have about 6 weeks to work!

Insect Lore sells Mason Bees from January to the end of March, which coincides with their emergence patterns.
