I've lost my voucher, what do I do?Updated 10 months ago

Insect Lore is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen vouchers. If your voucher has been misplaced since the purchase was made, please complete the following steps:

• Cut out the barcode from the box your items arrived in. 
• Include a note with your address and phone number and mail them to 132 S. Beech Ave. Shafter, CA 93263 to receive your insects.

If necessary, please include a check for the redemption fee or if you would prefer to pay by credit card we will call you when we receive your information to collect payment.
