My chrysalis is changing colorUpdated 6 months ago

After a few days of observing your chrysalides, you might notice that they are changing color. The chrysalides start out as a light tan color with golden points. As the butterfly gets closer to emerging, the chrysalis will darken significantly, becoming dark brown or black. When the butterfly is almost ready to emerge, you will be able to see the outline of their colorful wings through the surface of the chrysalis!

So if you notice the chrysalis getting darker, don't worry and keep an eye out. Your butterflies are just about ready to make their appearance.
