If you need to cancel an order and it has not been fulfilled yet, please submit a cancellation request through our Order Management system and a member of our Happy Growing Team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note, we do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible after they are placed (especially during our busy Spring season) so we are unable to guarantee order changes. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are no longer able to make any changes or cancel the order.
