My package has been marked as delivered but is not here. What do I do?

We've had some reports of USPS marking items as delivered before they arrive. If your order does not arrive within 2 days of it being marked as delivered, please contact your local post office for assistance. If they cannot locate the package, please

What are your current shipping times?

On average, orders are taking around 4-5 days to arrive at their destination. However, if you live on the west coast, they may arrive in three days. Please note that all estimates are approximate.

Do you ship to Europe?

Our U.S. office does not ship overseas. However, we do have a European Branch. For all European orders, please visit our EU Division.

Do you ship outside the US?

Due to import restrictions, Insect Lore cannot ship outside the Continental United States. We cannot ship live insects specimens to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico. We cannot ship live product overseas.

What is the best way for me to monitor the delivery of my live shipment?

To monitor your order, follow the tracking number we send via email AND sign up to receive SMS notifications with “Arrive”.

How soon should I open my shipment when it is delivered?

If you have ordered a live order you should open your shipment immediately upon its arrival and assess the condition of your insects.

Should I be home to receive my live order?

Make sure to keep an eye on your tracking information so you can be home to receive your live order. Your insects will need to be brought inside as quickly as possible. If you cannot be there to receive your insects, ask a friend or neighbor to grab
